TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations
Cancellations made before 23 October 2010 will be charged at 10% of the invoice total
Cancellations made between 23 October and 10 November 2010 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total
Cancellations made after 10 November 2010 will be charged the full invoice total

Substitutions
You may send a substitute delegate at any time but all cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to EPNConferences@crain.com

Payment
Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit car

Travel insurance
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible conference cancellation or postponement. In any event, Crain Communications Ltd will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damanges, etc.
