Dr. Krish Rao combines deep expertise in polymeric materials research targeted to plastics and fibers industries, extensive experience in introducing new products for automotive applications, and an exceptional understanding of commercialization to the technology development process. Under his leadership, Nanofilm continues to unlock the potential of nanocoatings for new markets, and currently partners with companies around the world in the use of nanotechnology for product enhancement.  His background includes management of technology organizations, global business development and international joint ventures for Allied Signal and other companies. He is the holder of four patents and author of a variety of technical publications.
