Hiroyuki started his career with Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. in the Plastic Technical Centre as the Polycarbonate Technical Support for customers.

In 1998, he started to include technical support of injection moulding technology for automotive applications as a Chief Product Engineer in Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics Corp., which was established in 1994, as a joint company of engineering plastics with Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. and Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company Inc.

Since 2005, Hiroyuki has developed automotive glazing in Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics Corp.
